Role:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure Monitoring network performance and ensuring the availability and security of network systems Collaborating with other team members, including network engineers, project managers, and security professionals Providing technical guidance and support to team members and clients Participating in project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in network administration

Responsibilities:

Configuring and managing network infrastructure components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers

• Monitoring network performance and analyzing network traffic to identify and resolve issues

• Implementing network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs)

• Maintaining network documentation, including network diagrams, IP address assignments, and network topology maps

• Conducting network performance and security audits and implementing remediation measures

• Configuring and managing virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V

• Configuring and managing network storage solutions, such as Network Attached Storage (NAS) or Storage Area Networks (SAN)

• Providing technical support to end-users and resolving network-related issues

• Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

• Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities to improve skills and knowledge
