Responsibilities:

Providing technical assistance to clients and end-users through various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, or remote desktop support

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems

  • Performing remote support tasks, including configuring software and systems, installing updates, and resolving system errors

  • Documenting and tracking customer and technical issues and solutions using ticketing and issue tracking systems

  • Collaborating with other technical support staff to resolve complex issues and improve processes

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues to support knowledge management and improve customer support processes

  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledgebase articles to support internal and external customers

  • Providing technical training and support to end-users and clients

  • Participating in product testing and evaluation to ensure compatibility and functionality

  • Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities to improve skills and knowledge
